Your role and responsibilities

Employment: Full-time, limited until 31.12.2025. Your area of responsibility • Organizational and administrative support of the Head of Operations Austria • Efficient office management (appointment coordination, correspondence activities, presentation preparation, reporting, etc.) • Collaboration on projects, process optimization and internal processes • Organization of business trips and events • Management of confidential and sensitive information • Preparation of analyses, evaluations and decision papers • Communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners

Qualifications for the role

Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, or similar)
Ideally several years of professional experience as an assistant (preferably in an industrial company)
Excellent MS Office skills
Very good written and spoken German and English, any other foreign language an advantage
Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system desirable
Communicative and service-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
Preference for an independent, clearly structured and proactive way of working in a team
