We are a long-established IT and Network company, providing services to both the Public and Private sectors, with presence in the UK and India. In keeping with the changing technology and a move toward digital and AI services, we have recently established a start-up Gmb H in Austria to focus on Innovation Research and Development projects related to Autonomous Delivery Solutions, including drone management software and delivery infrastructure as well as expanding our existing IT and Network solutions within Europe.
We are a small business in transition of our products and services as well as expanding our Innovation Research and Development and our reach, while working hard and delivering the outstanding services our customers have come to expect. Job Description

This list of duties is not exhaustive, the role offers opportunities to gain experience in new areas:

• Support and advise the directors on Austrian/EU trading regulations
• Act as the company contact/responsible person for trading licence
• Monitor general business activities
• Legal and Compliance Research activities for current and future projects
• Preparation and translation of contracts and documents from English to German when required
• Commercial responsibilities and activities
• General administrative tasks (File management, writing letters, completing forms and logging documents, meeting & greeting, handling any complaints & payment mgt, etc)
• Liaising and working with the local legal and commercial service partners
• Customer Management
• Organising meetings and preparing agendas and minutes
• Promote the company through social media, such as Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, etc
• Complete ad-hoc tasks

Personal Attributes

Essential Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German
• Must be passionate, driven and have desire to succeed
• Technical understanding of autonomous solutions, Io T/ robotics, AI, software development and IP
• Ability to draft commercial documents and deliver presentations
• Previous experience managing employees, contractors and partnerships
• Participate in meetings with the customers and company employees
• Strong strategy planning and analytical skills
• Demonstrate sound commercial awareness
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiencies in job related computer skills including MS Office, Order/Stock Management
• Excellent Planning & organisational skills
• Excellent administrative skills
• Ambition and self-motivation
• Full driving licence

Qualifications:

• Degree qualification or equivalent in Law, Data Protection Compliance (GDPR), Information Technology and/or Business Management
• Industry qualifications relevant to Software Development or Business Development or Autonomous Systems Engineering, Robotics/AI

Experience:

• Legal & Compliance or Business Management or Relevant Technology: Minimum 10 years Experience
• Have the experience necessary for the appointment of Managing Director at a later time

Other:

• Candidates may be required to travel across Europe and India
• Must live within commuting distance of company offices in Peak Vienna, Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße 1 | 1210 Wien
• Must be an Austrian/EU Resident and entitled to work in Austria
