Reporting to the Business Controlling Team leader, you will be a key partner to mid and senior management and a critical interface between the business and finance. Guiding business decisions and giving valuable insights into financial performance, you can analyze complex financial data and articulate clear recommendations.
Key responsibilities
Your core agenda will cover the following topics:

Drive the monthly reporting process, analyze the actual performance of the business, create comprehensive rolling forecasts and present the outcome to key stakeholders
Support the business by developing impactful business cases but also challenge decisions with a sizable P&L/BS impact.
Foster continuous improvement and best practice within the financial community
Create specific ad-hoc reports and analysis to facilitate decision making in a volatile, yet exciting environment

What you ideally bring along

Master´s degree in finance, accounting or economics or relevant professional experience
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of finance/controlling, audit, M&A or consulting
Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw clear conclusions
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis
Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge
A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent knowledge of English (German or French language skills are also an advantage)
Ability to build strong relationships and networks within the company
High level of independence

Further information
Following Austrian law regulations and based on your experiences, skills and competencies, we offer a competitive compensation in line with the collective labor agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 65.000, - annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week).
We are willing to pay more based on your individual experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
