We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our international team in Vienna as a Location Assistant.
The purpose of this role is to support management individual(s) and/or teams and to carry out a range of administrative activities as well as inform, organize, implement, research, verify and report independently. Additionally, you are the and first point of contact in the welcome area.

Key responsibilities

• Front office support
• Provide routine administrative tasks
• Share Point administration
• Key contact for external suppliers of the location
• Handle personal and confidential matters
• Meeting and event organization
• Ad-hoc tasks

• Your are a passionate assistant and open to help
• You are able to communicate with Top managers in English and German
• You are forward looking with the ability to anticipate tasks and have an overview of
  the occurring work
• You have a positive spirit and know how you keep your motivation level high

About you

• High School / appropriate education (Languages or Business Administration)
• English language C1
• German language C1
• Additional languages are an asset

Experience

• 3 -5 years relevant experience as a management assistant in an international
  corporate environment
• Excellence in MS Office programs, Share Point, SAP & IT tools
• Organizing and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Ability to work under high pressure and to meet tight deadlines
