Could you be the full-time Carbody Domain Leader (f/m/d) in Vienna we’re looking for?

Your Future Role
From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to RICHARD ZEMANN, Train Design Metier Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

• Manage the development of the domain to ensure the adequacy of the capacity vs workload vs skills and the transfer of activities if needed
  
• Define Domain fixed costs and workload to secure project QCD commitments and formalizing hypothesis taken
  
• Allocate adequate resources to the projects/programs/tenders
  
• Suppor the Domain in the resolution of issues and challenging actions in particular those involving other stakeholders
  
• Report on Domain activities progress and alerting in case of main issue (capacity, skills, rule applicability, etc.)

• Mechanical Engineering background applied to structural systems
  
• Significant experience in Railway products
  
• Experience of 5+ years team management
  
• Fluency in English and German

Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications. You’ll also:
