Arbeitsort: Flughafen Wien-Schwechat

Arbeitszeit: Montag-Freitag, Arbeitsbeginn ab 06:00 Uhr – flexible Arbeitszeit (38,5h/Woche)

Aufgabengebiet:

• Kontaktieren unserer Kunden und Behörden, um Informationen zur Zollabfertigung von Sendungen zu sammeln und bereitzustellen
  
• Eingeben von Sendungsinformationen in die Systeme
  
• Ansprechpartner für diverse zollspezifische Kundenanfragen
  
• Vorbereiten und Validieren von Zolldaten und -dokumenten, um die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Standards sicherzustellen
  
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams bei Fed Ex, um jedem Kunden ein herausragendes Erlebnis zu bieten
  

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene Speditionslehre oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  
• Gute Kenntnisse von PC-Standardprogrammen (MS Office)
  
• Teamfähigkeit
  
• Pünktlichkeit und Genauigkeit
  
• Kundenorientierung
