On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d)!
What You Bring:

Completed apprenticeship as a chef
Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
Enjoyment of working with fresh products
Creativity, organized, and meticulous work
Reliability, readiness to take responsibility, passion, and joy for the profession
German, English or Italian language skills

Your Duties:

Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
Adherence to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
Production and preparation of fresh dishes
Contribution of new ideas for weekly menu design

What Our Client Offers:

Net salary between 1,800 and 1,900 € per month, overpayment based on qualification
Annual employment, 6 days | 48 hours per week
