Expert - Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark

• You will research and prepare information focusing on relevant topics of our global supply chain and evaluate supply chain costs for our international buying department
• You will be conducting operational agendas and act as an interface between various national ALDI SOUTH countries as well as suppliers and logistics service providers
• You act as a central point of contact for our international buying teams and support them with your logistics knowledge along the buying process
• You will be providing full information and transparency on indicative freight costs and logistics processes helping in making better buying decisions
• You will be working closely with our international departments
• Your responsibility includes the onboarding of new and existing suppliers on topics concerning supply chain management
• You will perform organizational and administrative tasks related to international supply chain management
  

Your Profile

• You have a completed university degree with focus on supply chain or several years of experience in supply chain management (e.g. Freight Forwarding)
• You are business-fluent in English
• You have proficient understanding and knowledge for logistics processes, transportation and supply networks
• You are good at communicating with people, understanding their business needs and helping them to succeed with their projects
• You are working independently, well-structured and a committed personality with profound organizational skills
• You have a good accuracy while working with data
• Experience in working with COUPA is beneficial, but not a requirement
