On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Hinterglemm, Salzburg, Austria we are looking for a Front Office Employee (m/f/d)!
What You Bring:
  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training in hotel management
  • You already have relevant professional experience in a comparable position with at least 2 years of front office experience
  • You are passionate about working with our international guests
  • You are characterized by independent work, flexibility, and resilience
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Any additional foreign language skills are advantageous
Your Responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for taking care of our international guests
  • Conducting check-in & check-out procedures
  • Handling bookings & inquiries
  • You are available to our guests for questions and information
  • Invoicing and dealing with complaints are part of your responsibilities, as well as cashier duties and preparing daily reports
  • You communicate with other departments in the hotel and pass on all necessary information
  • Ongoing inspection of units before and after guest arrivals

The minimum salary for the position as Front Office Employee (m/f/d) is EUR 2,390,00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
