In our Pumps Division in Graz, we are looking for a Global Head of Service Pumps (m/f/d).

Join Our Global Service Team as the Head of Service
In our quest to expand our global service business, we're seeking a visionary Global Head of Service to lead our network of service centers and technicians, including our valued 3rd party service partners.

Your mission will be to:

• Expand our reach by increasing the number of our own service facilities and certified partners.
• Elevate customer support using innovative digital tools and AI to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sustainable growth by attracting more customers to our service offerings, positively impacting their overall experience.

Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
We're looking for a seasoned service manager with:

• A decade of industry expertise, particularly in the Pump industry.
• A global mindset, with experience managing diverse teams across borders.
• Strategic and practical skills, capable of initiating and implementing new processes and operations effectively.

Your Home Base:
You'll be stationed in Graz, amidst the ANDRITZ corporate and Pumps Divisional Headquarters. With our flexible Home Office Policy and regular business travel, you can expect to spend around 50% of your working days in Graz.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Global Head of the Division, playing a pivotal role in shaping our service strategy.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.389,04 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
