This position reports to

HR Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Development, participation and implementation for strategic direction for HR Operational Services and member of the corresponding global management team • Technical and disciplinary management of the front office team • Acting as a subject matter expert in the team and working on complex problems on a daily basis, which are forwarded for resolution • Employee Life Cycle Management, Compensation & Performance, Payroll, Working Time and Absences Management • Working with customers and stakeholders to improve cooperation and performance • Ensure good working relationships within the team and with external customers by evaluating customer/employee satisfaction • Ensuring the highest quality standards • Compliance with service level agreements in the provision of services • Compliance with legal and data protection regulations requirements for the respective HR processes and document templates

Qualifications for the role

• Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, FH/Uni) ideally with a focus on human resources
• Management experience an advantage
• Knowledge of Austrian labor law (including social security, wage tax, working time and rest laws) required
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel (10%)
• Structured and organized way of working with a high affinity for digitalization and process optimization
• Proactive team player with strong argumentation and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in cross-functional teams
