HEAD OF SALES FOR METALLURGICAL SERVICES (F/M/*)
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?
We are searching for a Head of Sales for Metallurgical Services (MS AT S) in Linz with the following responsibilities:- Acquire new service and small modernization projects by understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Manage, steer and develop an international sales team and define their sales targets
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships with key customers
- Expand and maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in regard of volume, profitability and portfolio
WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB?
- Master degree in commercial and/or technical studies
- Experience or knowledge in metals industry and/or after sales service
- Ten to fifteen years of sales experience/leading people
- Willingness to travel 60%
- English - business fluent
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Enthusiasm for sales and new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 58.788,80 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience.
