This is what your day looks like:
- Managing and organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as maintaining personnel files.
- Supporting the recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handling daily inquiries and providing assistance to all employees.
- Managing internal communication channels and Take Care projects.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Initial experience in Human Resources or in the back-office and assistant areas.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and its people.
- Affinity for digital platforms and systems.
- Careful and structured way of working.
- Discretion and a sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data.
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Experience over 8,000 hotels and their F&B outlets at attractive prices—solo, with friends, or family.
