Job Description

DIGITAL TRADE ACTIVATIONS
You'll be offering guidance and turnkey solutions within the realm of digital trade activations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the entire path to purchase, including online platforms, while also managing requests related to the Digital Trial Platform and developing digital poster games and other engaging digital engagements to support campaigns.
CREATE DIGITAL TRADE MARKETING TOOLKITS
You'll be responsible for briefing and developing all new digital trade marketing assets in collaboration with a global agency, specifically for online retailer platforms, while also providing support to local markets and ensuring absolute consistency with in-store Global POS toolkits through collaboration with the wider team.
DEVELOP DIGITAL SELL IN TOOLS
You'll use innovative technology to captivate the interests of our trade and retail partners, as well as oversee the development of projects such as VR and AR POS tools, with a focus on expanding the toolkit to cater to trade shows and other relevant contexts.
DEVELOP PREMIUM, EXPERIENTIAL AND ENGAGING IN-STORE THEATRE TOOLS & GUIDANCE
You'll be responsible for the development of scalable and globally applicable in-store assets, including projects like the F1 Pit Wall Tool, Red Bull Soapbox VR Assets, and Red Mini Retirements Guidance, with an emphasis on ensuring these tools engage shoppers effectively and are suitable for use at trade shows.
SUPPORT COUNTRIES & GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNTS
You'll assist HQ key accounts with occasional customer requests for trade activation solutions, while also providing markets with valuable feedback on their campaigns.

Qualifications

University degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications or similar
Excellent command of English
Minimum 2+ FMCG experience, in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing preferable within beverages
Proven Trade Marketing experience with Brand Marketing exposure
Experienced in the development of POS materials and working with creative/design agencies
A keen interest in new technologies and the digital world
Solution-oriented and creative with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
Advanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
