Salary offered: 45,000 EUR Gross (annual) depending on experience
Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Desktop Support Technician to provide comprehensive, hands-on IT support to our employees. The ideal candidate will address IT-related concerns, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions while maintaining our IT infrastructure's health and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client support requests promptly.
Communicate with clients to determine the nature of the problem.
Travel to clients' locations as needed.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
Resolve networking and connectivity issues.
Advise clients on software and hardware upgrades.
Provide basic training on computer operations and management.
Complete job reports and manage supply orders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.
Certifications such as Comp TIA A+, MCP, MCSE, or OEM are desirable.
Proficiency with popular operating systems and software applications, including Windows, Mac, Office 365, MS Outlook, and UW.
Strong understanding of IT principles, including networks, hardware, and domains.
Experience supporting devices like printers and meeting room equipment.
Familiarity with virtual MDM and VPN environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
