For our IT Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a:

IT Service Desk Support, 80-100% (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• You support our international users with IT-related questions and problems via ticket system or help line
• You are responsible for the configuration, installation and maintenance of hardware and software in the client area
• You have the chance to work on internal IT projects and actively contribute to the development and optimisation of internal IT solutions
• You have the opportunity to develop your professional skills and become a specialist in an IT subject area of your choice

What are we looking for?

• You have completed an IT education (e.g. apprenticeship, technical college, HTL) or acquired the necessary skills independently
• You have practical experience in the following areas:
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • PC & mobile hardware
• You take a proactive approach to things and you are a team player
• You are comfortable writing and communicating in English and in a professional context. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Nice2have: Experience in Powershell scripting
