As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around January-February 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email.
Our main base locations for the roles are Hungary, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland and Turkey.
What you’ll do:

Program duration: Three years
Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments. Two assignments will be within operations management within manufacturing or supply chain teams. One assignment will be in commercial, helping you to gain experience in the sales organization.
Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Plant Manager, Supply Chain Director)

Qualifications:

Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering ) or Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) with a graduation date no later than August 2025
Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
