As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around January-February 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email.
Our main base locations for the roles are Hungary, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland and Turkey.
What you’ll do:
- Program duration: Three years
- Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments. Two assignments will be within operations management within manufacturing or supply chain teams. One assignment will be in commercial, helping you to gain experience in the sales organization.
- Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
- Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
- Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
- Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Plant Manager, Supply Chain Director)
- Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering ) or Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) with a graduation date no later than August 2025
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
