YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit world best talents at all levels, predominantly for IT and sales roles across DACH and EMEA regions
• Build a solid international talent pool using direct search, with focus on Germany and Austria
• Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract passive candidates, running market mapping for the strategic roles
• Source, screen CVs, contact candidates, conduct interviews, check references, and close the recruitment process with focus on headhunting approach
• Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective departments
• Organize employer branding activities (e.g. job fairs, publications in magazines, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Min. 3 years of experience in international recruiting and/or sourcing candidates – preferably from the agency background
• Experience working for DACH region will be a great asset, as well as fluency in German
• Solid experience with social networks (e.g. Linked In, Xing) and the ability to use these tools for sourcing and employer branding activities
• Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies and procedures for various markets
• Strong experience in Boolean Searches, Linked In Recruiter, and other passive candidate sourcing techniques
