The impact you'll have:
As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our company's growth in the Austrian market, spearheading innovative strategies and building strong client relationships. Your role is pivotal in shaping our market presence, influencing our sales trajectory, and ensuring sustained business success. Through your expertise and dynamic approach, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships, making a significant and lasting impact on our team and the broader automotive technology sector.
More specifically, you will:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Austrian automotive sector to drive company growth.
  • You acquire new customers and support them from initial contact to contract conclusion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Work in tandem with product and customer success teams, to foster efficient and effective problem-solving.
  • Strategically plan and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Who you are and what you bring:
  • Experience in sales, desirably in the automotive sector
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer behaviors to formulate strategic business approaches.
  • Strong capabilities in orchestrating and optimizing project workflows for business development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using digital analytics tools to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Adeptness in applying technological solutions to improve business operations and customer engagement.
  • Passion for automotive and big data, curiosity, growth mindset and openness to new ways of doing things
  • A healthy amount of flexibility, adaptability and can-do attitude
  • Fluent in German and English
