The role designed for you:

Reporting to the Sales Manager South Germany & Austria, you will join the growing Sales Team of the German Branch – Special Paper Business Unit - and you will be focused on maximize sales results, furtherly develop our market share, and provide a superior customer service into the Austrian market.

You will manage your customer portfolio, ensuring sales targets achievement and increasing margin contribution through volumes, price and product mix management
You will act as partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions to their need through our paper
You will be in charge to develop new business opportunities
You will build long term broad relationships with your customers, boosting customer centricity
You will ensure full and effective deployment of our commercial strategy, tailor making it to the local market
You will attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:

You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Sales Management or similar fields;
You have 5 years’ experience in Commercial roles, possibly if in B2B sectors
If you have Previous experience in Paper Industry or Packaging/Printing sector it will be considered a strong plus
You have a demonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc..)
You have strong analytical skills, with ability to develop different insights on the market/business
You have a Commercial attitude and strong customer orientation
You are an High energy person, with a teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skill
You are able to work and deliver results in a complex environment, with tolerance for a certain degree of ambiguity.
You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
Based in: East Austria, ideally Salzburg area
