Your mission

We are looking for a Supplier Success Manager (f/m/d) who will drive supplier engagement, optimise interaction processes, and ensure successful collaboration between suppliers and internal teams. Your main tasks will be:

• Contribute to the success of ongoing projects with a focus on supplier engagement and supplier support
• Develop concepts around supplier interaction points in Prewave, namely reporting, actions and assessments
• Condense information, interpret results and prepare presentations and reports
• Help create and run campaigns aiming to cater for the Prewave supplier base
• Collaborate closely with our Supplier Success team, Operations team and other members of Prewave
• Prepare and present data related to specific use cases and project goals by capturing necessary data out of our various production databases, mainly on SQL server and Postgre SQL

Your profile

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree, HAK, HTL or equivalent
• 2+ yrs experience in roles with customer or multi-stakeholder communication
• Ability to work effectively in various projects at the same time
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent research, collaboration and organisational skills
• Professional level English language skills, both written and spoken
• A valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points for:

• Experience in similar jobs, working environments and industries
• Strong French language skills, both written and spoken, other languages are also welcome
• Strong working experience with databases, especially SQL Server and Postgres
• Understanding of supply chains, and interest in sustainability and impact areas
