Your Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners, serving as their primary point of contact
• Own and manage the full Supplier Life Cycle, - Performance, - Quality, and - Relationship Management.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and conduct regular business reviews with suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the procurement team
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders and act upon joint agreements
• Provide exceptional supplier service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from suppliers, contributing to the development of new products/services
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other departments

Your Qualifications:

• Technical and/or business education (HTL/Uni/FH)
• Al least 10 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a high-tech environment
• At least 10 years of Supplier Quality, Performance and Relationship Management
• In-depth knowledge of strategic procurement and key account management
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial, solution oriented, empathetic and sensitive facilitation
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 days per month
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
