Your Responsibilities:

• Interface function: Act as a central interface between R&D, Product Management and procurement to understand the requirements of both sides and promote cooperation.
• Supplier selection and evaluation: identification and evaluation of potential suppliers based on technical, qualitative and economic criteria to support R&D projects.
• Innovation management: working with suppliers who deliver innovation and promote the growth of IMS, as well as regular innovation to strengthen sales.
• Relationship management: building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, including regular communication and conflict resolution.
• Risk management: perform risk analysis in relation to supplier dependency, quality and compliance risks as well as HSE aspects.
• Internal alignment and training: support internal stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities and contribute to training on technical, commercial and legal matters.

Your Qualifications:

• Technical and/or business education (HTL/Uni/FH)
• Al least 10 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a high-tech environment
• At least 10 years of experience in Relationship Management and Stakeholder/Supplier Engagement as well as Project and Product Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well intercultural competence
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and empathetic working style
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
