The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 135,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

The ESR is looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support the department of Subspecialty Society & Congress Services.

Tasks

• General office support (file management, appointment and travel coordination)
• Providing support to the team (e.g. administration, correspondence)
• Preparation of statistics, analysis and evaluations
• Website administration
• Data administration

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language (at least C1)
• German skills or French skills are an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience as a Team Assistant is a benefit
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong organisational skills
• Willingness to travel (within Europe)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,300 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications.
