Who we are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Function within a cross-functional game development team within an increasingly Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Advise and take direction to create, assemble, iterate, and maintain 2D/3D artwork, using Photoshop, Unity, 3rd party plug-ins, and IGT developed tools.
• Develop the rigging for game development projects.
• Research and develop technical tools for projects.
• Liaise between the art and engineering team to maintain artistic design and visual identity of a game project working within software limits.
• Optimize digital files of finished artwork to run efficiently without graphic degradation.
• Support art and engineering teams with the workflow pipeline.
• Create graphics for marketing packages.
• Compile translations into final game package, if applicable.

Must have:

• 5+ years’ experience in the game development industry
• Experience creating complex graphics in Photoshop, asset or game optimization (movies, 2D/3D, particle systems, animations), extending backgrounds, creating new elements for existing games, working with texture memory, or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and After Effects.
• Proficiency with Unity, Unreal, Godot or other 3D game engines.
• Proficiency with version control software.
• Advanced knowledge of asset pipelines and game development concepts and workflows.
• Team-player that thrives in a multi-tasking environment, managing several cross-functional projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Experience with designing slot games is a plus
• Post-secondary diploma, bachelor’s degree
• Proficient working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
