Be part of the B2C-Leadership-team and bring our vision to life.

Lead and inspire a team of around 30 people, shape together with your team the channel strategy and develop a comprehensive omnichannel approach
Analyze channel performance with a focus on commercial and financial KPIs, and initiate improvement measures
Set targets, commissions, and incentives (including schemes) for the channels, while managing the corresponding budgets
Oversee product and business ownership of CRM, Sales, and Servicing tools; design and improve sales and servicing processes
Ensure product and campaign launches, manage communication to channels, and support B2C projects and processes

Do you have several years of leadership experience in the telecommunication industry?
Are you experienced in project and process management and do you have excellent communication skills ?
Can you lead the transition from strategy to operational execution and engage all relevant stakeholders?
