Your Team
In the B2C department, we ensure the perfect Magenta experience for our private customers. We bring innovations to the market and get people excited about our products.

Lead the B2C Market Management Team
Develop the vision for household propositions in B2C products, execute market strategies, and lead the proposition management transformation
Guide a team of senior market managers in creating and implementing strategies for convergent products (mobile, broadband, TV & OTT products)
Manage the P&L, Portfolio and Pricing of the entire B2C portfolio
Enable team members to advance in skills and leadership, and engage with stakeholders across the company to ensure cohesive product development

You have several years of experience as a strategic leader and people manager in a similar position?
You are an expert in marketing and market management in the B2C segment?
You have broad knowledge in the field of telecommunications and solid market know-how?
You are a team player and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment?
You have outstanding communication skills in German and English?
