We have an open role for Position Title-Chef de Partie a well-established Hospitality Group in Bahrain.
The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a particular section of the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation and dishes are prepared to the highest standard. This role requires working closely with other kitchen staff and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes.
- Ensure the timely preparation of all food items, including mise en place, to meet service requirements.
- Section Management:
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., meat, fish, vegetables, pastry) and ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Supervise and assist junior staff members working in the same section.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest quality in taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor food stock and maintain inventory levels in the section.
- Hygiene and Safety:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new menu items or improve existing dishes.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen sections and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Training and Development:
- Provide guidance and training to junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of team members in the section.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
