Operations Specialist (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Our client is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of service contracts and supplies throughout the GCC and Red Sea area. Key responsibilities include coordinating communication between the company, clients, and local agents, negotiating with port agents, preparing contractual documents, attending and supporting operations on-site, and managing operational emergencies.
Tasks:

Ensures the flow of communication between the company, the client, and the local agents.
Negotiates with local port agents according to the type of contract: all contractual documents.
Prepares all contractual documents.
Attends and supports operations on-site, guaranteeing success of the mission.
Manages all operational emergencies.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of English
Discipline and consistency
Readiness to travel
Effective communication
Familiarity with husbanding field is a plus
