Looking for a Secretary who also knows social media handling.
Job Type: Full-time
- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
- Should know social media handling. Video Presentation and Photos Uploading in various social media platforms.
- The candidate needs to be creative and aware on market trends and demands.
- Create engaging content to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google, and more.
- Perform a variety of Executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned by the CEO/Managerial Staff.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and give briefing to the CEO.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Taking, typing and distributing minutes of meetings
- Maintain databases
