A Well Reputed Company in Bahrain is looking for Senior Account and Social Media Manager with 3-5 years of experience.
Job Description:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Further more developing winning social media strategies to achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
o Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
o Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions to enhance their success.
o Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the engagement.
o Generate reports and track key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

• Social Media Management:

o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
o Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and content preferences.
o Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
o Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels.
o Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
o Analyze social media data to identify trends and measure campaign performance.
o Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management and social media marketing

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Client Satisfaction: Client retention rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Social Media Growth: Increase in followers, engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)

• Brand Awareness: Website traffic from social media, brand mentions

• Lead Generation: Number of leads generated from social media campaigns

• Sales Growth: Increase in revenue attributed to social media efforts
