The IT Department at the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance is seeking a Full-Time Senior Software Developer:
The candidate must meet the following academic/work Experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in leading software development project is preferable.
• Proven full stack development experience, including design patterns, DB structure and Dev Ops practices.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Ensure software quality, security, performance and reliability through software testing techniques, such as unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with project managers, product managers, and stakeholders to define software requirements and deliver software on time.
• Help project manager to architect, design, and build application as well as evaluating technologies.
• Engage with project team to gather best practices and guidance from the business team in an effort to integrate and improve methodologies and user experience.
• Perform as a full stack developer on any of the following technologies (Java, .NET, Low Code platforms, Java script and HTML, etc.).
• Experience with DB design structures and best practices.
• Provide L3 support to internal and external users.
