Job Title: Spa Supervisor
Location: Bahrain / Manama
Qualifications : Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field
Experience: 3-5 Years
Required Skills:
· Leadership skills.
· Positive attitude.
· Good communication skills.
· Provide excellent customer service.
Role and Responsibilities
· Overseeing the daily operations of the facility.
· Ensure health, safety regulations are complied with.
· Manage customer feedback effectively and mediate and resolve client issues.
· Ensuring all staff members are properly trained to perform their jobs effectively and safely to deliver consistent quality experience for clients.
· Ensure the team works to meet department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately.
· Manage appointments for clients accurately through phone, in-person, and emails.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From BD850.000 per month
Location: Bahrain / Manama
