Job Description

Then join our Group Compensation & Benefits team in our Brussels corporate office in Belgium.
The Group Compensation & Benefits Team works closely with the Human Resources - Offer Team across the Eurofins network, working on internal compensation changes, transfers, and promotions of Eurofins employees and leaders.
As an intern in the team, you will assist in the management and coordination of internal annual review process activities; prepare documentation and/or presentations; ensure complete and accurate administration of endorsed documents; providing administrative support to the leadership; edit processes, guidelines, templates used by the Compensation & Benefits Team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering or any other related field.
• Accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal), French is a plus.

This role is a full-time based in Brussels, Belgium.
Starting date: January 2025.
