At Zenchef, you’ll be the essential ingredient in our recipe for delighting customers. As an Account Manager, you will add your unique touch to our global mix, helping restaurants transition to Zenchef with seamless support. You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction, while being the go-to expert in our products.
Your Daily Menu
Customer Care Expertise: Deliver top-notch experiences for our Resengo customers (restaurants), using both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (email, chat) support to help them transition smoothly to Zenchef.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Resengo and Zenchef as a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional expert in every customer interaction, ensuring our brand’s image and reputation remain strong.
Product Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the Resengo and Zenchef platforms, enabling you to provide accurate, timely support to our customers.
Efficient Problem-Solving: Manage customer inquiries quickly, ensuring fast and successful resolutions.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to and enrich our knowledge base with new insights, initiatives, and customer feedback.
Collaborative Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback with our product team to help improve our solutions and drive innovation in our roadmap.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer Relations: You have experience working in customer-facing roles and understand the importance of satisfaction and retention.
Bilingual Proficiency: You’re fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Quick Thinker: You can process high volumes of inquiries and respond with precision and speed.
Solution-Oriented: You’re proactive in suggesting ways to improve customer support experiences.
Patient and Clear Communicator: You guide customers with patience and clear explanations, ensuring their requests are fully resolved.
Nice to Have:
Food Tech Experience: A background in Food Tech would be a bonus.
Flemish Language: Knowledge of Flemish would be an asset.
