Administrative Accounting Assistant Delivery Center

- Input and management of data (invoices, payments, customer information...)
- Parameterisation of new files and data in our accounting package
- Preparation of audit files
- Support with invoicing and approval of expense reimbursements
- Preparation of clients' tax returns and VAT declarations
- General administrative support (mail management, scanning)
- You have at least a secondary school diploma and a great affinity with numbers;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- You are fluent in Dutch, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French or English is a plus.
- You are punctual and orderly and complete tasks with accuracy and speed;
- You are a team player, stress-resistant and proactive. You consider quality of utmost importance.
