Job description
- Analyze and resolve technical issues with business applications, monitor application performance, and ensure quick and effective incident resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance tests to guarantee the quality and stability of applications.
- Act as a link between support and development to contribute to the continuous improvement of applications.
- Create clear documentation for users and internal teams.
- Prepare detailed reports on test results and incidents.
- Log and follow up on incidents and problems using Lansweeper and Dev Ops systems.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field. Experience in application management, technical support, or a similar role is a plus.
- You have knowledge of application testing (functional, regression, and performance), ticketing, and incident management systems like Lansweeper and Dev Ops.
- You possess strong analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, along with solid documentation and reporting skills.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly and transparently with various departments.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
