At Pw C Legal, you’ll be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team of over 90 passionate lawyers and law professionals working together to provide clients with end-to-end legal solutions. We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer to join our Tax Law team as of October 2025.

Your impact

As an Associate Lawyer in our Tax Law team, you will:

• Assist different types of corporate and individual clients in their diversified tax challenges (restructuring, structured financing, financial products, deals…)
  
• Advise international clients on Belgian tax law, international tax law, EU law and Case law
  
• Provide tax advice in the private and corporate wealth sector
  
• Draft and negotiate advanced tax rulings
  
• Assist clients during tax audits, (fraud) investigations and raids
  
• Assist with administrative appeals and settlement discussions through negotiation with authorities, mediation and arbitration procedures
  
• Develop local/global coordinated dispute resolution and litigation strategies, making use of national legislation, EU law and the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union
  
• Defend clients’ interests in the national and international courts
  
• Assist with voluntary disclosures
  

About you

• Master’s degree in Law with a specialisation and additional degree in Tax Law.
  
• You’re graduating this academic year or have a maximum of two years experience.
  
• You have very good language skills in Dutch and/or French and English. Being trilingual is a major asset.
  
• You’re a team player with excellent communication skills.
  
• You’re client oriented and demonstrate very good analytical and writing skills.
  
• You’re motivated, dynamic and able to work both independently and in a team.
