Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join our consultancy team for a significant digital transformation initiative within a public sector client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on-site with a government agency involved in the e Migration program, which aims to fully digitize its services and processes.
Key Project Overview:You will contribute to the development of the CIR (Crossroads Database for Foreigners' Identity), one of the central projects within the e Migration program. This digital transformation is expected to unfold over several years, so this mission offers long-term opportunities and the potential for extension. You will be part of a mature, dynamic team needing additional backend development capacity.

- Benefit from our structured learning environment, receiving both guidance and hands-on experience through client projects.
- Delivering high-quality, maintainable code in C# within .NET Core.
- Performing unit testing to ensure robust application functionality.
- Analyzing and resolving application errors, as well as upgrading existing versions.
- Integrating components into applications in a service-oriented architecture.
- You possess deep technical knowledge to work independently in C#/.NET Core, with experience in service-oriented environments.
- You are committed to delivering accurate documentation, ensuring smooth handovers and continuous team collaboration.
- You bring a clear, pragmatic approach to solving problems and are comfortable working in the public sector.
- Your communication is concise, and you prioritize results while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- You appreciate the critical role of testing in delivering high-quality software.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required, with a strong preference for native proficiency in one of Belgiums national languages.
