A Day in the Life of…
As Restaurant host Bartender, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the food and beverage department throughout the hotel.
Your role will also include:

• While taking orders, preparing drinks and delivering orders, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to each guest in line with brand standards in bar, restaurant and at banqueting events.
• Work closely with all colleagues to ensure a well rounded and coordinated service is delivered on each shift.
• Monitor guest feedback and deal with any queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Being an ambassador to the brand
• Organise a smooth shift transfer and make sure stock control of the restaurant bar is well organised.

What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in FB, preferably in a branded property.
You must have excellent communication skills.
