Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Analyst to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Belgium. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in business analysis who are eager to take on a challenging position that demands strong analytical capabilities, a keen understanding of business dynamics, and effective communication skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Assess business processes and requirements to pinpoint areas for improvement or enhancement.
Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to grasp their needs and challenges.
Develop comprehensive business analysis documents that detail problems, opportunities, and proposed solutions.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to effectively convey ideas and findings.
Analyze risks associated with requirements implementation, testing processes, and project communications, ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies are in place.
Maintain regular communication with project teams regarding progress against plans, including any discrepancies encountered.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Business Analysis, complemented by excellent problem-solving skills. Your attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information will set you apart. You excel in collaborative environments but can also work independently when necessary.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT sector is required.
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with a solid understanding of modern databases.
Exceptional analytical skills that allow you to interpret complex data effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact proficiently at all organizational levels.
A team player who can also work autonomously when needed.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills that allow you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential.
