Context
As Business/Functional Analyst, you will be working in the IT Digital team in the Brussels Offices of Degroof Petercam.
You are an energetic business/Functional Analyst that combines a good technical background with knowledge in banking processes.
You’ll be working in an Agile environment (based on Sa Fe framework) organized around Digital squads aiming for incremental delivery following Degroof Petercam strategic priorities.

As Member of a squad you work continuously to deliver high class experience to our clients.
As a Digital Business/Functional Analyst:
As a Digital Business/Functional Analyst:
- You translate requirements into a detailed functional analysis document to enable solution selection, technical analysis and development of new client side applications using cutting-edge technologies.
- You collect and analyze the needs of the user by providing the necessary input so that the project and therefore the development and / or implementation can begin, considering the technical, functional and organizational feasibility.
- You participate in the definition of the target architecture.
- You work closely with the development team to ensure good delivery quality
- You collaborate closely with the squad lead and are able to assist him/her if necessary
- You write, execute, and document the functional integration tests to ensure the level of quality and ensure the solution is acceptable to end users
- You are actively participating in the configuration and implementation of the solution to ensure delivery to the business users
- You develop / review documentation of solutions to ensure future operability and adaptations
- You keep abreast of developments in terms of digitization to ensure quality work
- You constantly promote the development and improvement of the quality of existing applications performance used; you keep abreast of developments in your area of expertise to provide the business line
- You are hands-on, by completing necessary documentation for operational procedures and maintenance procedures.
Your Profile
- You have a Master or a Bachelor with development using Agile development methodologies
- You have minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional analyst
- You have experience in Agile and Scrum
- You have experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Sales and/or Marketing)
- Functional Experience with REST services is a plus
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work across organizations and cross-functional teams
- Experience with continuous delivery
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) Tools
- You are more interested in new technologies, and more specifically in digital (website, mobile applications, ...
- You demonstrate initiative, communicate easily and enjoy teamwork. You are able to integrate in a multicultural setting
- A good knowledge of the financial field is an asset
- Work experience with IT risk management and IT risk governance
- You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
- Strong Communication, with focus on business value and technical solutions.
