Context

Sustainable and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) analysis and reporting within Fund Management.

Your Position

You will join a team of Fund Managers in charge of several multi-asset funds totaling over €12bn in AUM. Your role will include:

Provide ESG analysis at fund and stock level gathering information from many different data providers (Morningstar, Sustainalytics, MSCI, Bloomberg, Trucost etc).
Developing an Impact report for the different funds managed. This report contains the ESG score, the exposure to the different Sustainable themes such as Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), the Carbon analysis, the Voting and Engagement activity, some other Impact metrics (water consumption, waste, etc) and the taxonomy alignment. All the scores, tables and charts are described and illustrated by concrete sustainable examples and stories.
Reporting to the Head of BDP Fund Management, you participate to the team meetings with discussions on Portfolio Construction, ESG integration and Sustainable analysis
You will interact with Sustainable investment analysts, Fund managers and Private Bankers

Your Profile

Ideally, we are looking for the following profile:

You have solid academic credentials, preferably a master’s degree finance, Economics, Business or Marketing
You are passionate about ESG and Sustainability and you want to add a positive impact with your sustainable reports and analysis
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
You are proficient in MS office, especially Excel
Data Visualization is a plus (Power Bi, etc)
You are able to work independently but you also enjoy working in a team setting
