Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Nationally recognized/certified university qualification on computer science / programming data science or data analytics (exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NATO, that is, at least 3 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post);
• Experience with NATO intelligence/collection management processes;
• Knowledge of NATO JISR architecture.

Desirable:

• NATO and/or military experience.

Duties/role:

• Supporting the ACO Intelligence Community in managing, organising, finding, inspecting, and cleansing data in NATO’s intelligence databases;
• Identifying data model issues and recommend improvements to such intelligence data models;
• Identifying metadata issues and coordinate potential solutions with NCIA and/or SHAPE J26.
