Your Title: Credit Collector / AR Accountant

Job Location: Belgium - Leuven (hybrid), Belgium - Ieper (hybrid)

About the Role: We are looking for a diligent and proactive Credit Collector / AR Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in credit and collections, and who thrives in an international, multi-country environment. If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong communication skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage credit and collection activities across multiple European countries, working closely with clients to ensure timely payments.
Process incoming bank transfers and allocate them accurately to outstanding client invoices.
Monitor and follow up on the direct debit process for clients.

Your Profile:

Proven experience in credit and collection.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanour.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French; knowledge of German is a plus.
Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, high integrity, and a hands-on approach.
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
Experience in an international setting or with a U.S.-based subsidiary is preferred.
