Customer Supply Chain Project Manager Benelux/ITR
Brussel based


Job Purpose

This position is a pivotal role in the Benelux/ITR supply chain organization to accelerate our journey to win with customers as defined in the cluster and regional Supply Chain strategy.
The purpose of the role is to enable stronger and more focused collaboration with our strategic customers in The Netherlands or Belgium/Luxembourg and globally in International Travel Retail. This through bringing the voice of the customer into the Mars Wrigley (MW) supply chain and vice versa. The job holder will closely collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.


Job Context
In this role the job holder influences the business by bringing the customer perspective into the Supply chain discussions and strongly collaborates with Sales and the cross-segment customer collaboration/service teams to drive excellence in execution. As member of the Market Cluster Supply chain management team, you co-drive the supply chain agenda for the Benelux/ITR cluster.
The job holder will report into the MW Market Supply Chain Director Benelux/ITR.

The job holder will share best practice and apply best practice learnings from the MW Europe Customer Supply Chain Collaboration community.
There will be two Customer Supply Chain Collaboration Leads in the team. This job holder will be responsible for Belgium/Luxembourg and part of International Travel Retail.

What are we looking for?
  • Education: Master’s degree
  • You have a minimum of 5 years business experience with preferably 3 years of supply chain.
  • You will be able to build productive relationships and communicate effectively at all levels as well internally as externally.
  • You have a proven track record of engaging associates and building high performance collaboration.
  • You have a proven ability to work in a matrix organisation
  • You have strong Project Management skills.
  • You are digital savvy.
  • You are familiar with the local customer landscape.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • You will collaborate and influence the Customer Logistics Collaboration team to deliver customer service excellence measured by following leading Supply Chain KPI’s: Case-fill, On Time Performance, TAS (Trade Advantage Survey) and LCCs (Logistical Controlled Costs).
  • You will create and drive the customer collaboration supply chain roadmap with internal and external stakeholders to deliver differentiated service & solutions for customers at affordable cost.
  • You will participate as required in local S&OP+ forums / feeder meetings representing our strategic customer needs
  • You will represent the voice of the customer in S&OE (CMOS - operational forum) and ensure it leads to customer centric challenge resolution and continuous improvement.
  • You will ensure the market Cluster Activity plan is executed with excellence in collaboration with internal and external customer supply chain teams.
  • You will be accountable for proactive supply chain communication internally and externally either direct or through the customer collaboration/service team.
  • You will be accountable for a robust Supply Chain "TAS Improvement plan" per customer and follow through on delivery.
  • You will drive the change agenda towards an Omni channel proof Supply Chain and a customer focused sustainability program.
