Pw C is looking for a commercially driven leader to join us as a Director to grow our Managed Services practice. As a Director for Managed Services , your main role will be to shape and lead end-to-end service solutions for our clients, from strategy through execution to run daily operations. You will collaborate with Advisory, Tax and Assurance colleagues to define the best transformation approach for our clients. You will develop and deliver operational solutions on the back of those transformations, combining Pw C talents, knowledge and technology. Those operational solutions will help our clients bridge their workforce gaps and accelerate their ambitions.

Those solutions are linked to a broad range of functions, like Operations, Customer Service, HR, Project Management, Procurement, Customer Front office, Applications and Data.

Your impact
As a Director, you will support our clients as part of a Pw C project team. You will be involved in internal organization and in business development activities.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage, monitor and direct project delivery and Pw C teams on (multiple) engagements in different industries
  
• Ensure that engagement deadlines, the service levels and quality expectations are met
  
• Achieve a successful performance by effectively working with client resources, learn and understand their organization and come to a tailored solution
  
• You will be encouraged to initiate and develop new ideas, and challenge the status quo
  
• Play an active role in business development by identifying, approaching, attracting and retaining new clients
  
• Reporting to Partners, you will be leading a team of Consultants in delivering client projects
  
• Next to a more project/client oriented scope, you will also be part of the leadership team of our Belgian management consulting team. Your role is to help define the strategic direction of the team from all business angles: team development, product development and business development
  
• We are looking for a person with a high emotional intelligence that can build trust amongst different stakeholder
  
• Experience in the sales process in consulting is considered as an important asset
  

About you

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or Management Sciences or comparable by experience
  
• +10 years of relevant experience in Professional Services combining Operational Delivery, Business Management and Program Management, in a consulting environment
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in business development
  
• Excellent project management, presentation and communication skills
  
• Market and client focus
  
• Ambition to work internationally on projects
  
• Team player mentality
  
• Strong analytical mindset
  
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
  
• Pragmatic, resilient and innovative in problem solving and issue resolution
