Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and design teams.
  
• Implement CI/CD frameworks and align tools for deployment in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
  
• Manage application connectivity with messaging brokers like MQTT, REST, and AMQP.
  
• Utilize Dev Ops tools on Jenkins, diagnose software and networking issues.
  
• Conduct proof of concepts to evaluate technologies and improve processes.
• Participate in the development roadmap.
• Ensure smooth operation and regular maintenance of open-source Io T systems and applications using CI/CD practices.
• Set up monitoring tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and train support staff.
  

Must Have

• At least 6 years of experience.
  
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong experience in AKS deployment using Helm charts and messaging protocols (MQTT, REST, AMQP).
  
• Proficient in cloud computing environments, particularly Azure, and backend development using Java.
  
• Familiarity with Docker, Azure Cloud services (like AKS, Log Analytics, Azure container registry), and ideally Hono & Ditto product experience.
• Development experience in Java JVM (Maven), Java Script, microservices, and scripting (Curl, Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of Io T architecture, protocols, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Database management skills with SQL and No SQL databases.
• Awareness of Io T security practices and standards.
  

Nice to have

• Azure Dev Ops and Azure Cloud Administration certified.
  
• Previous experience in technical support, network administration, or Io T-related roles.
  
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
