Responsibilities

• Provide physical, hands-on support during IT equipment or software deployments, moves and life-cycle changes.
  
• Contribute to the local end-to-end delivery of project deliverables with respect for project or local design and implementation instructions.
  
• Maintain relationships with business contacts, ensuring problem resolution and facilitating change management.
• Coordinate on-site and remote support for technical problems occurring during the project deployment.
  
• Work in a supportive environment with a strong safety and security focus.
• Ensure all applicable corporate IT standard processes and procedures are followed.
  
• Travel as required to support operational and project deliverable requirements.
  

Must Have

• Experience in physical IT installations, problem diagnosis, equipment handling.
• Basic comprehension of the platforms (e.g. Windows 11) essential for facilitating the delivery of IT equipment.
• Basic proficiency in planning, coordination, multitasking, and self-motivation with minimal direction.
• Previous experience in large or multinational companies, with a focus on virtual teams, planning, process adherence, and cultural awareness.
  
• Ability to anticipate and identify problems, develop implementation plans, and work harmoniously in a team environment.
  
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, in verbal and written communication.
