What You Do

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing works and transformations required in our gaming halls and buildings while adhering to regulations and aligning with the direction's requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

• Team Coordination:
• Coordinate internal and external teams to achieve objectives and prioritize projects.
• Plan project priorities and ensure efficient responses to assigned tasks.
• Oversee troubleshooting in buildings.
• Manage schedules for electricians (internal/external).
• Technical Maintenance:
• Maintain technical installations in perfect working condition, adhering to regulations.
• Supervise periodic inspections, ensure compliance with well-being codes, hygiene measures, and general security.
• Manage recurring maintenance tasks.
• Monitor electrical compliance and SECT controls (BT/HT electricals, gas, automatic doors, emergency lighting, fire detection, lifts, etc.).
• Project Support:
• Actively participate in the development of commercial, energy, mobility, and other projects.
• Participate in budgeting and follow-up, ensuring projects are executed within deadlines and quality standards.
• Support license renewals and environmental permits.
• Develop and manage projects (PV, terminals, shelters, monitoring, EP recovery, etc.).
• Security:
• Ensure proper functioning of security installations and controls, maintaining safety at POS and administrative sites.
• Oversee fire and intrusion security.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Rigorously comply with current regulations, particularly in terms of security and group responsibilities.
• Ensure periodic inspections of technical installations, adherence to well-being codes, hygiene standards, general safety (intrusion and fire), and local authority requirements.
• Organizational Supervision:
• Supervise operational organization, task prioritization, and team management.
• Manage building operations at HQ.
• Communication Flow:
• Collaborate with various departments, such as management control, purchasing, commercial districts, machine technicians, etc.

Who You Are
More than a diploma, it's a personality we are looking for!

• Technical training in construction and/or special building techniques, with good knowledge of real estate and security.
• Successful experiences in facility management, including previous experience in managing technical installations and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in coordinating internal and external teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Proficient in IT tools and familiar with the media landscape in Belgium.
• Languages: Ideally French and Dutch, also very comfortable with English.
• Structure, result-oriented, and pragmatic, also in your creativity and ideas.
• Flexibility to adapt to constant changes and evolutions.
• Ability to take initiatives and anticipate needs.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and not in favor of rigid vertical structures.
• Great communication and presentation skills with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

• An open-ended full-time contract (39 hours/week) with 29 days of leave.
